Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months while your subscription is active.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are available for accidental or duplicate purchases within 24 hours. For unused credits, requests must be within 30 days and under 10% usage. See the Refund Policy for details.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Can I bring my own model keys?
Yes. Enterprise plans support BYO keys for advanced routing and cost control.
How is usage measured?
Usage is metered per model and operation (tokens, images, or requests) and converted to credits.
