At FusionAI, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for credit subscriptions and optional credit packs.
2. Credit subscriptions and packs
2.1 General Policy
Monthly subscription credits and optional credit packs are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental purchases made within 24 hours
- Technical errors on our part that prevented proper service delivery
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Service discontinuation or material changes that significantly impact functionality
2.2 Unused Credits
If you have unused credits and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- Less than 10% of the purchased credits have been used
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- No violations of our Terms of Service have occurred
3. Subscription plans
3.1 Monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period
3.2 Annual subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
- After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months
- Refund amount = (Remaining months / 12) × Annual subscription price
- A processing fee of 5% may apply to refunds after 14 days
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at billing@fusionai.cloud
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence
4.2 Refund Review
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Review your account history and usage
- Make a decision within 5-7 business days
- Notify you of the decision via email
4.3 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you for alternative arrangements
- Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used or consumed
- Service fees and processing charges
- Custom enterprise plans (subject to separate agreements)
- Third-party fees or charges
- Refunds requested more than 90 days after purchase
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback, as we can often resolve issues more quickly and amicably.
7. Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions (more than 48 hours) that are within our control, we will provide account credits or extensions rather than refunds. Service interruptions due to third-party provider issues or force majeure events are not eligible for refunds.
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that:
- Violate our Terms of Service
- Are fraudulent or abusive
- Are requested after the applicable time limits
- Involve accounts that have been suspended or terminated
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
